Please be advised that while we continue to offer full services for your pets we are however closing our lobby to the public effective January 20th 2021. Curbside Services will be offered for all appointments, food and medication purchases. We ask that you call us at (506)830-6888 from your vehicle when you arrive at the parking lot. You will be given instructions for payment and delivery of items to your vehicle. It might be more convenient if you call ahead for your f...ood order and have it pre-paid prior to your arrival. If you have arrived for an appointment, PLEASE call us from your vehicle. Ensure that your pet is secured safely: snug fitting collar or harness for dogs and secure carriers for cats. You may bring your pet to our front door but when safely in our facility and care of our staff, you must return to your vehicle to await a call from the veterinarian. You must be masked if you are in the vicinity of our front door. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused but we are in challenging times. Our priority is the health, safety and care of your pets but likewise we need to ensure the health and safety of our community too. Together as one, we will fight Covid. Again, PLEASE BE SAFE AND PLEASE BE KIND.

Well folks, some were naughty over the Holidays and therefore we are where we are right now with Covid 19. Orange means: -We wear masks in our facility. -We ask that you call from the parking lot when you arrive before you enter our facility.... -We ask that you wait for directions before you enter our lobby. -We allow only one family member with your pets in our exam room. Exceptions granted in extenuating circumstances . -We ask for proper social distancing in the brief event that there might be more than one person in the lobby. -We offer curbside services if that is your preference.
