Your IsoWOD Training session for today. Keeping the focus on the snatch and maintaining the depth of your back swing. Preform 5 snatches on the "Recovery" Do 5 snatches, rest as long as needed, then do 5 on the other side. ... Do this for 10-30 mins depending on time and energy. Remember, the focus is on maintaining the back swing. Don't worry about trying to get a good "workout" in, practice the skill and the kettlebell will be sure to get your attention. Enjoy

Here's today's IsoWod Tips and Tricks: The Kettlebell Snatch On the back swing "Ride the Broom Stick" (Thank you Jon Engum) Don't worry about doing the reps fast, this burns energy quickly, instead reach deep into the hinge, this will allow the hips to be powerful and make the bell very light and "easy" to snatch. "The bell will basically snatch itself"... Load the springs! Enjoy!

Grab a light to medium sized kettlebell. Starting with the right side, perform 5 snatches, followed by 1 turkish get up (finishing in the top position). Safely park the kettlebell and perform another round but this time on the left side. Active recovery for 2 minutes.... Perform 5 rounds. Enjoy!

Grab a light kettlebell to practice your Turkish getup with this drill. Perform each step twice before moving on to the next position of the TGU. Once standing, resume the regular down portion of the movement. Enjoy!
