To be able to move and engage in an exercise routine is awesome. Push yourself to see what you can achieve.

Sometime you just don't feel like it. Think how good you will feel once you have completed your session and you feel those endorphins.

For many of us the slightest change or obstacle can throw us off our fitness track. Knowing that your session is only 20 minutes long and you have a trainer guiding you through...this could not get more easy!
