Get in great shape and get a taste of CrossFit without the heavy lifting and more complex movements! We'll lead you through a warm-up, a full workout, and a cool-down in each action-packed hour. Here is a review from one of our visiting drop-in members: I was nervous about going to the CrossFit Vic City bootcamp, but I was warmly received by a traine...r who pushed me to work hard under her careful guidance. I am in my early 50s and slightly overweight, so I'm not exactly everyone's image of a gym rat! The Vic City bootcamp is a less technical version of a regular CrossFit workout, so it is accessible to anyone. You can't really beat this workout - trainer-led, small group, and constantly varied. It is also an amazing way to get inside of CrossFit to see if it is for you. For me, the bootcamp was like a gateway drug - almost one year later, I am now a dedicated CrossFitter.... Michael H. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-10:30am and Saturday 8-9am. First time drop-in is $5, with drop-in, punch cards and 3X/wk memberships available.
