Excellent news about Chester the cat! Strata Council will NOT be taking action to remove him via Animal Control. He will be left to enjoy his life as is. Rest assured, Strata neighbors look out for him and should he ever require a local home or veterinary care, he will receive it. Thanks to everyone in the Vic HIgh community and far beyond globally who spread the word through social media to spare him. YOU made the difference!
