The City of Thunder Bay is undergoing a program and service review by Grant Thorton to explore opportunities and provide recommendations for changes, expansion, reduction, elimination and alternate service delivery models. In November, Grant Thorton completed Phase I of the review and identified a number of potential areas for greater efficiency, effectiveness in service delivery, improved performance and sustainability. Community Centres were identified as one of the areas f...or further review. Now, in Phase II, Grant Thorton is providing an opportunity for community input and feedback by way of the City of Thunder Bay Programs and Services Survey. We encourage you and others to complete this survey. It closes at 4:30 pm on May 11. https://getinvolvedthunderbay.ca/program-and-service-review Thank you, stay safe, stay healthy. #Thunderbay
