Fear is a human emotion that is triggered by a perceived threat, this can be real or imagined. Fear is the feeling or condition of being afraid of something that causes feelings of dread or apprehension. This is a basic survival mechanism that tells our bodies to respond to danger with a fight or flight response. The universal trigger for fear is the threat of harm, this threat can be against our physical, emotional or psychological well-being. While there are certain... things that most of us fear, it is also true that we can learn to be afraid of almost anything. El miedo es una emoción humana que se desencadena por una amenaza percibida, esta puede ser real o imaginaria. Fear es el sentimiento o la condición de tener miedo de algo que cause sentimientos de pavor o aprensión. Este es un mecanismo de supervivencia básico que le indica a nuestros cuerpos que respondan al peligro con una respuesta de lucha o huida. El detonante universal del miedo es la amenaza de daño, esta amenaza puede ser contra nuestro bienestar físico, emocional o psicológico.
