The Surviving The Holiday event is sponsored by Celebration Church, Queensway Baptist Church and Paris Baptist Church. It will include presentations, a DVD and group discussions.... There is a $5 charge for the accompanying workbook.

ADVISORY: Please be advised that an additional report has been received to advise a razor blade was reported found in a chocolate bar obtained by a youth trick-...or-treating in the area of Eagle Place. Parents and caregivers are reminded to thoroughly check candy prior to consumption and discard any open or suspicious items. BPS is investigating both of these incidents and would ask anyone with information to contact the station at 519-756-0113.

Please be advised that the Brantford Police Service received a report from a citizen to advise that on Saturday, October 31, 2020 Halloween candy, which was col...lected in the Brier Park area, was reported to have been found with a needle inserted into a piece of candy. The Branford Police Service is asking that the community be made aware of this incident and are reminding parents and caregivers to thoroughly check candy collected from Trick-or-Treating prior to consumption, and discard any items which are open and appear suspicious. The Brantford Police Service is continuing to investigate this incident and would ask anyone with information to please contact the Brantford Police Service at 519-756-7050.
