Update on Child Welfare Court Cases Steve Morin v. Child Welfare This case was scheduled for December 10, 2020 at 2 pm. However because of illnesses at the Courthouse due to Covid 19, this case has been adjourned to January 22, 2021 at 2 pm. I will send out details on how the case can be watched online when I receive the information from the Court house.... Steve Morin was placed into a foster home with a convicted pedophile. Child Welfare says that they have no responsibility to Mr. Morin at all because Mr. Morin's case was delegated by the government to the Yellowhead Tribal Services Agency (YTSA). The YTSA says that they did nothing wrong. They don't realize that it was a mistake to place a small child in the home with a convicted pedophile.

Child Welfare indicated that they want to argue that the TL ...Continue reading

Important Court case tomorrow (Thursday Nov 26, 2020 at 8:45 AM. TW was brain damaged by his foster father when he was 1 year old. The foster father was mildly mentally retarded and had just assaulted another young foster child when TW, who was medically fragile, was placed in that foster home. Child Welfare is trying to conceal records from TW that are necessary for the trial. The records help prove that Child Welfare knew that they were supposed to help TW sue child W...elfare for negligently placing him in the foster home, but did not because it would hurt Child Welfare financially. Child Welfare denied that any relevant records existed, but many years later, it was uncovered that they have many records that help TW to prove his case. Child Welfare does not want to give those records to TW. Courts is Thursday morning at 8:45 AM.
