Despite the Year It Was... we would like to acknowledge your support during 2020. Our pick-up dinners proved to be more popular than we could have imagined, and our golf courses were busier than ever. On behalf of all of us at Victoria Park Golf Club, THANK YOU! The New Years Eve Dinner and New Years Brunch sold out, and again, thank you for choosing us for your dinner plans! We're going to give Chef Stephen and his crew a few days off for some well-earned relaxation; but we'll be back for our twice weekly pick-up dinners starting Friday January 8th. Indoor Golf at Victoria Park East begins Monday November 2nd... Covid-Safe! Yes, we're still open for outdoor golf (at least, until the weather makes us close!) but with the clocks going back soon, you can "golf in" when it's "dark out". Keep your swing in top-form during the off-season, and have some fun. Enjoy the amazing high-resolution imagery, use all of your clubs, get Swing Analysis with each shot, play some of the world's iconic golf courses... or, just practice in Driving Range mode. The driving range at Victoria Park East is closed for the season. The rainy weather has delayed the installation of the new mat, and the new sod will not be ready until the spring. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we look forward to an improved range hitting area next season. The driving range at the Valley will remain open.

Monday November 16: well, that's it. We officially "pulled the pins" on the 2020 golf season. A big "thank you" to our wonderful customers and great staff, for making this unique season a success! The pro shop and office remain open during the off-season: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturdays until Christmas 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Senior Club Championships at Victoria Park East were played on September 26 and 27. What a great weekend for golf! 2020 Senior Ladies Champion (Low Gross and Low Net) is Barbara Sellers. Senior Mens Champion is Rick Ludlow, and Low Net Champion is Brian Wilson. Congratulations, and thank you to all participants!

As you may be aware, the Ontario Government has recently announced amendments to Ontario Regulation 364/20: Rules for Areas in Stage 3. Specifically, as it relates to all food establishments, beginning August 7, 2020, under Schedule 2, section 1.(1)5 of the amended order, owners/operators of food establishments will be required to have a record the name and contact information of every patron who enters an indoor or outdoor dining area in the establishment, other than patro...ns who temporarily enter the area to place, pick up or pay for a takeout order. This includes Patios. What does this mean? If you wish to sit and have food or a beverage on our patios, or inside when open, then your name and contact information (in this case, a phone number) must be recorded. We will have a binder available for you to enter this information. As stated, this does not apply if you are buying something to grab & go to have on the course. We understand that this can be a hassle, but the regulation is similar to the face covering policy: we must all follow it, and we appreciate you cooperation. See more

A hole-in-one is always a special thing; but, this is extra-special because the Head Professional at Victoria Park East, Jay Pembleton, got his FIRST EVER hole-in-one on Canada Day! He relied on his 6-iron on the 15th hole to work its magic. Congratulations Jay!

An Important Announcement: Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has issued an order under Section 22 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act: A face covering is required for any customer, patron, employee or visitor when entering and while on the premises of any commercial establishment in the WDG region, effective 12:01 a.m. on June 12, 2020 and will be in effect until rescinded. If you call-in to book a tee time, you must have a face covering if you wish to pay in ...the Pro Shop; also, if you are going to enter the building to use the washroom or order food and beverages. You can book and pay for your tee time online, or when you call you can pay over the phone. We will also have a portable payment unit available for you to pay for food and beverages on the patio (you are not required to wear a mask on the patio or on the golf course).
