Another 'reflective' morning (sunlight above & mirror below) at Victoria Swim Lab, as a swimmer works on sculling skills.

This local swimmer does a nice job showing us how to do all 4 strokes in the current pool and in IM order - without the turns of course! Swimmers get great video feedback when we use the underwater and above cameras during their sessions here.
