This is why I save, save, save. I was extremely happy to give back a couples wedding photos last fall when their house burned down in my home town of salmon arm. I immediately had family members messaging me like crazy saying one of the biggest things they wish they could of saved was their wedding photos. Their wedding was two years back and I was told even if I had a couple images saved they would be great full. One of my favourite getting ready images from this wedding. Their wedding will be up on the Blog soon :)

After the ceremony at a wedding there is always the signing of the marriage licence. I will be honest, these are not my favourite photos to take. The bride and groom will never blow them up to hang on their wall, and even though I definitely do take photos of the signing as it is my job to document the day, there just not my favourite. BUT, then comes the time where the maid of honour and best man go to sign, now here comes one of my favourite parts of the wedding. It is not ...my favourite part because of the signing, I love it because this is the first time the Bride and Groom get to actually talk to one another, tell each other about their morning, smile and laugh with each other. I will quickly take a photo of the moh and best man signing but then my lens is fully focused on the bride on groom, and more than less the photos are lovely and full of beautiful, happy emotions. Congratulations Jared and Ashley! you guys are an amazing couple

Just finished up a super muddy photo session with one Gorgeous lady. I even got to use use my new softbox that produces some awesome light. Your going to want to stay tuned for these photo's.

I got to hang out with some of my favourite little people this week. These little ladies always like to tell me I am beautiful and that my clothing is pretty (I showed up with no make-up on and an old comfy sweater). If you ask them if their pony does a cartwheel it seems to get them laughing right away, don't ponies do cartwheels?. Their little brother was even giving me smiles. Photos will be up on the blog soon.
