Robert Cameron Law Cycling Series 20.11.2020

Since 2010 we have been partnered with Robert W. Cameron Law in bringing high level bike racing to the Greater Victoria area. This year we were hoping to celebrate our 10th year anniversary, but the COVID-19 pandemic has scuttled our plans, including all other bike races around the world, and we have had to cancel our event. Our hope is to come back stronger in 2021 to celebrate 10 years, and to bring back bike racing to a high level. Looking back at 10 years of racing, we have had some great memories. We hope to see you again next year! Ride Safe!

Hi Gravel Geeks! It's been a while since we have provided an update. We are still planning to have our Burnt Bridge Classic Gravel Fondo for September 26 and... hope that in 4 month's time, gathering restrictions will have been lifted, and that the overall risk to participants and volunteers will be minimal. With that said we are exploring formats that will help to mitigate any remaining risk, which includes staggered starts, and maintaining social distancing at the venue. We will be enforcing a "no sick" rule meaning that, if you are sick or showing flu/cold like symptoms, we expect you to stay home and not risk infecting your fellow gravel-mates. We will continue to offer onsite lodging and complimentary food so long as Camp Pringle is able to accommodate this. We are pleased to announce that Liquor Plus has returned as presenting sponsor and are welcoming MacMinn and Company Barristers and Solicitors as a new event partner. To register visit our website at www.burntbridgeclassic.com and spread the word so we can get a great turnout and celebrate our collective gathering.
