The well-being of our patients and community is of paramount importance to us. In compliance of the Provincial Health Officer and the College of Dental Surgeons of BC, non-emergency appointments will be rescheduled. Our phone lines continue to be open and we are available for video and phone conferencing with our Endodontic specialists for both patients and referring dentists. If any true emergencies arise, we may have the ability to provide treatment in the office by appoin...tment after telephone screening. If you currently have an appointment scheduled, our staff will reach out to reschedule. At this time, we are hoping to return to normal operations in two weeks (Monday March 30th, 2020). In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing pain, swelling, or trauma, and/or if you feel you need treatment or help with any questions or concerns at 250-361-3636. We are taking special precautions as per the updated guidelines in response to the COVID-19 outbreak: -Magazines will not be available in the reception areas -Phone pre-screening is being performed for all patients coming to our office ... until further notice -One patient will be seen at a time allowing plenty of time for diligent disinfection protocol of the entire front and back office areas -Your temperature will be taken during the initial examination and at the beginning of each treatment session Your health and safety is our priority always, and during these difficult times.
