I grated cheese with my new cylindrical Italian hand grater. And a chunk of my knuckle. The Band Aids didnt stick. Even the strong fabric ones. So I dabbed myrrh oil over the wound. A thick resin developed, protected and soothed the wound in no time. Every so often I pinch myself and marvel at the quality, the science of essential oils! My first go-to pharmacy.

Gary was one-of-a-kind. Still cant believe he is gone. He came to France to learn how to distill lavender and hadnt stopped distilling. Boswellia in the Middle East, helichrysum in Croatia, pine in BC just to name a few. He created an empire but he was a farmer at heart. RIP.

Here is a little joke. Although I have had a nasty cough (dont worry, I tested neg for Covid-19), and, as always, essential oils brought great relief! Rosemary, Thyme, eucalyptus. Mmh.
