Hockey has always been special to me, I grew up playing, later Coached teams, worked hockey camps and was now able to run my own dry land training program with the @aaabuffs and apply #Crossfit to my favorite sport. Last year we saw amazing results and improvements to their fitness and this year we hope to keep the bar high again. Thanks @jaycockk @yeouping and @cucumberslices for helping keep these guys in line and training hard : : #Repost @aaabuffs ... Our last day at the @victoriaparkcrossfit box this past Wednesday. We became Provincial Champions, Pacific Regional Champs and National contenders last year thanks to this place and Coach @oh_attersall . We are Friends for life, as nothing brings you closer than the struggle small business owners see when they start off, and now we are onto some new adventures and will always have @dynamicyyc there by our side. This week we said goodbye to a little piece of us. @victoriaparkcrossfit closed it’s doors this week and we are sad to see it go. From Day 1 when we first opened and only having the support of one friend @lgriffiths009 in our very first 6am class, jump ahead 5 years to our very last class @victoriaparkcrossfit where we were shoulder to shoulder in a full house filled with amazing people who we are proud to call our members and family... it’s been quit the journey. Thank you everyone : : #Repost @lgriffiths009... Five years ago I joined my bro @oh_attersall ‘s #crossfit gym @victoriaparkcrossfit , being the only guy at the 6am day one WOD (left). Shortly after I moved to the burbs and quit going, but Mike didn’t quit. He built an incredible community of athletes! So I squeezed into the same jersey and @thewodlife #notad #notsp stretch shorts and joined him tonight for his gyms very last WOD (right).
