A family's black sheep are actually liberators of their family tree. Family members who don't adapt to family rules or traditions, those who constantly try to r...evolutionize beliefs. Those who choose roads contrary to the well-beaten paths of family lines, those who are criticized, judged and even rejected. These are called to free the family from repetitive patterns that frustrate entire generations. These so-called black sheep ", the ones that don't fit, the ones that howl with rebellion, actually repair, detox and create new thriving branches in their family tree. Countless unreal desires, broken dreams or frustrated talents of our ancestors manifest themselves through this revolt. For inertia, the family tree will do anything to maintain the neutral and toxic course of its trunk, which will make the rebel's task difficult and conflicting. Stop doubting and take care of your rarity like the most precious flower in your tree ". You are the dream of all your ancestors.~~ ~Bert Hellinger

COVID-19 UPDATE - MARCH 19, 2020 Please note, that while we are currently still welcoming appointment bookings, due to current developments surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND you consider taking ONLINE COUNSELLING appointments with your chosen counsellor. Online counselling can be just as beneficial as in-person counselling, and is carried out from the comfort of your own home. This can be an ideal solution in these uncharted times of social distan...cing, self-isolation and quarantine. To support you during this difficult and uncertain period, we use professional video conferencing/telemedicine software that is secure, confidential and effective. It's also simple and easy to use! We are proficient in the delivery of online counselling due to offering this service for some time now. To book an online appointment on our booking system, please select the relevant appointment you require (couples or individual) under our online counselling section at our booking site https://vidarelationships.janeapp.com/ If you have any questions or concerns, please us know and we’d be happy to have a dialogue. COVID-19 UPDATE - MARCH 17, 2020 As I'm sure you're aware of the current pandemic, we’d like to inform you of our current status in relation to client care. At this time, we are still honouring currently scheduled in-person appointments at our office, and will continue to do so until further notice. ... However, we understand some clients will possibly have some anxiety or concern around public distancing and the spread of infection. In addition, we also appreciate clients may experience symptoms associated COVID-19 and/or have been in contact with somebody deemed at risk. To support clients at this difficult time, we are offering online counselling appointments for those who'd prefer not to come into the office. We offer sessions over web teleconference through a HIPAA compliant service called Doxy. It’s kind of like Skype, but has secure encryption. What that means is it’s confidential. It’s very easy to use and only requires you to click on a link, which takes you directly to our virtual waiting room. You would just need to ensure you have a confidential and comfortable space to talk in. We have many clients using this service already and it works really well. It is a nice option for any time coming into the office is not possible. Also some clients prefer the online sessions, so it is just as effective. Let us know if this is something you'd be interested in and your counsellor will send you details. In addition, if you feel sick, have recently been out of the country, or have been in contact with someone at risk, we recommend rescheduling any current appointments, or booking new appointments, at least 14 days out. Should we experience any symptoms ourselves, or feel our attendance at the office would be a risk, we’ll let you know directly ASAP. We’ll also be monitoring and following any Government advice as it changes day-to-day, including keeping ourselves and the office space safe through practicing recommended hygiene protocols (e.g. hand washing and sanitizing). If you have any questions or concerns, please us know and we’d be happy to have a dialogue. Take care and be well, Matt, Carly and Jennifer.

Our one and only post on the matter. Thank you. Pandemic What if you thought of it... as the Jews consider the Sabbath the most sacred of times? Cease from travel. Cease from buying and selling. Give up, just for now, on trying to make the world different than it is. Sing. Pray. Touch only those to whom you commit your life. Center down. And when your body has become still, reach out with your heart. Know that we are connected in ways that are terrifying and beautiful. (You could hardly deny it now.) Know that our lives are in one another’s hands. (Surely, that has come clear.) Do not reach out your hands. Reach out your heart. Reach out your words. Reach out all the tendrils of compassion that move, invisibly, where we cannot touch. Promise this world your love for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, so long as we all shall live.
