To our Vida Fans As always, the health, safety and well-being of our employees, guests and partners is Vida’s top priority. We are committed to providing a safe environment for our team and guests by following the lead of Canadian public health authorities. Our best practice hygiene levels have never wavered, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected between guests using products that have both been approved by health Canada and as suggested by the Canadian Health Authorities.... Our Team diligently washes their hands before and after each service. We are welcoming guests as usual and we will continue implementing preventive measures in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and our local public health agencies. To protect our team and guests, from the risk of contracting the virus we have put measures in place. We have asked any team member who feels they have a cold or flu like symptoms, not to come to work. Any valued guest who is feeling unwell, we ask to reschedule their spa experience. In addition to our high standards of cleanliness, our commitment is to the wellbeing of all and to reduce the risk.
