We’re excited to announce the launch of our soft reopening on Tuesday, May 26th, in line with the directive from the Provincial Health Authority and Dr. Bonnie Henry. Our temporary hours are now 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday. To preserve the safety of our staff and patients, all interactions will be by appointment only. We will see existing patients, starting with those already on our wait list, before we accept any new patients. We'll also have several stringent safety proto...cols in place, including, but not limited to: -floor decal guidelines to help patients observe physical distancing -hand sanitizer readily available for use -a protective screen separating reception staff from patients -staff outfitted in scrubs, masks & gloves -additional time between appointments -encouraged option to pay for treatment(s) in advance -a patient screening questionnaire -a mandatory COVID-19 consent form Due in part to the reduced available time to see patients, we’ll be focusing on injectables comprehensive Botox and filler treatments during phase one of our reopening. In subsequent phases we will begin to offer other treatments, such as IPL, HydraFacials, and body contouring. We appreciate your patience as we work through our wait list.
