Happy New Year!!! I have decided to start up the yoga and meditation classes on the week of January 18th, 2021. Classes will continue to be offered via Zoom. As a welcome back offering, the two weeks of classes in January will be free. You will still need to sign up and fill out a registration form/waiver, if you haven’t done so already (contact me for the form). There will be no monthly membership fee for January. ... Once the regular classes start up again in February, we will go back to the monthly membership fee of $50/month, giving you access to all yoga and meditation classes. Here is the schedule of classes: Tuesday 5h45-7h00 pm hatha/yin yoga Tuesday 7h30 8h45 pm yin/restorative yoga Thursday 9h30-10h45 am hatha/yin yoga Thursday 4h00-5h00 pm teen yoga (will run if there are enough participants, if not, teens are welcome to join regular yoga classes) Thursday 7h00-8h15 pm meditation classes ( with short sound bath at the end) Please let me know by January 15 if you plan to join any of the classes. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all of you!! I want to take a few moments to wish you all a joyful holiday season. Your love, support and companionship through our zoom or outdoor yoga and meditation classes are something I am truly grateful for!!... This year may have not been the easiest, there were challenges along the way, but going through it with all of you has made it easier. I look forward to seeing you all in the new year! 2021 here we come! Hello everyone! One last reminder in case you wanted to join us for the Nia dance/yoga combo class happening tomorrow, Thursday, December 10th from 6h30-8h30 pm! If you want to give it a try and participate, just let me know! The cost is $20 amd we will be doing a 30 minute Nia Dance class, a 30 minute gentle yoga class, a bit of journeying with Penny Lee before the Nia, and a bit of meditation after the yoga with me!... Nia dance is a low impact cardio workout to music. I don’t know much about it, but I’m really excited to give it a try! It sounds like a fun way to try something new, move, connect with our bodies, have fun and relax! So if you want to try something new, come join us! Hey everyone! This week is bonus week! I invite all of you that have taken zoom classes with me this fall for one last week of classes before the holiday break! The schedule for this bonus week is:... Tuesday 5h45-7h00 pm - hatha/yin yoga Tuesday 7h30-8h45 pm - yin/restorative yoga Thursday 9h30-10h45 am - hatha/yin yoga Thursday 7h00-8h15 pm - meditation This week will be the last week of classes until the January classes start up again! I will send info on the winter session shortly after the holidays. It will be the same format as the fall session. The Nia/dance combo class has been postponed to Thursday, December 10th from 6h30-8h30 pm if ever any of you are interested, but couldn’t make it to the proposed Sunday class.
