Your patients will be reassured with these simple and clear explanations, to which they can refer to (or access/consult) at any time.... [ Did you know? ] Our team prepares a parenteral administration guide for given drugs if there is an injectable form in addition to an oral form. Available in RxVigilance, this guide contains information on the storage of the product, its reconstitution and its stability, and lists the different possible administration routes with the associated doses.... You will find it in the Indications and Dosages section of the monograph, or directly from the drug search result.

[ New! KIDs list added to our monographs ] In the November version of RxVigilance, you will notice that the Pediatric Dosages section of our monographs has been improved. It now includes information from the KIDs List for relevant drugs. Developed by the Pediatric Pharmacy Association, this list identifies potentially inappropriate drugs for pediatric use.... This reference will guide you in making clinical decisions regarding your young patients.

Information on depression in pediatrics ] In the November version of RxVigilance, the pharmacy team added a section on the treatment of depression in pediatrics within the comparative drug chart titled Antidepressants. Included is information about the signs and symptoms, treatment principles, and the risks of suicide, which are certainly useful for you when treating young patients.
