Our Healthy Lifestyle Challenge begins this weekend! 8 weeks to build better habits for a healthier you! To be clear, this is not a weight loss challenge. Each week we will tackle small goals and carry those through for the duration of the challenge. I will post several healthy recipes and three workouts each week, along with support from others looking to build a healthier lifestyle and a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition coach!
