We were able to donate $317 to Street Culture Project to go towards mentorship for youth in education, employment and life skills. I would say the question I’m asked most often is how long it takes to make a batch of chocolate. Short answer is probably about 8 hours of active labour per 50 chocolate bars, however, a batch actually takes about 2-3 weeks to fully complete since chocolate needs to rest and age between steps.
