Decorating our trinket boxes today

Well as of today, its 40 days until the first day of Spring and we are in countdown! Celina came up with a great idea of having a countdown to spring calendar, so with the help of Cindy and myself, we cut out over 500 petals to make these lovely Daisy's. Everyone loved them!!! It was also crazy hair day, so if your wondering why some of us look a little differen..... Thanks Celina, you are awesome!

Dutch treats today

We enjoyed a Dutch Day at Village Manor Arie explains the treats we were serving sorry about the lightening). Hagelslag was very popular, even if I didn't pronounce it right Terry will be serving hachee and stamppot for dinner.

Thanks Celina for hanging out the bird feeders on this beautiful, but cold day. Our residents will enjoy watching the birds

A lovely, but different remembrance day at Village Manor. We acknowledged our heroes with a reading, a prayer and a minute silence together as a Village Manor family....Lest we forget. Thank you so much to Bob from The Legion and Waterdown Fortinos for providing us a beautiful cake.
