Village of Lipton

The Village Office will be closed Monday in observance of Family Day. We will reopen on Tuesday at 8:00 am. Groups within Lipton who would like to have their events added to the calendar and in the newsletter please submit their information to [email protected] by Feb 24th. This provides time to ensure space is provided and created. Thanks and enjoy your long weekend!!! See you all next week!

During these extreme cold temperatures we are reminding residents to check their furnace vents outside. They freeze up and can cause many issues you do not want. Picture is just an example of what you are looking for. Make sure it is clear of ice for your safety and warmth.

The Village Office will be OPEN this Friday, February 12th. On Monday, February 15th we will be CLOSED for the STAT Holiday of Family Day.

Edit!!! This cuddly and friendly boy is with Regina cat rescue cause unfortunately We were unable to keep him longer at the moment... Lipton people help!!! T...his poor boy was howling and shivering at my door today... does anyone know who he belongs to or is it a stray!? Can someone help me out please!!! he is warm and fed at the moment ... but we are unable to keep him for a long time as we have three other animals in the home ... thanks!! Amazingly friendly and has a hard head butt!!! Lol See more

All Prairie Valley School Division buses are cancelled for the morning of Monday, February 8 due to inclement weather. All schools are open and buses will be ex...pected to operate in the afternoon. If your child will not be attending school, it is imperative that parents report this absence to the school to ensure students are accounted for and safe. If conditions are such that routes cannot operate to transport students home at the end of the school day, a notification will be sent at 1:00pm.

The Office will be closed tomorrow - Friday, February 5th.
