Audition Date & Time: Thursday, January 30, 2020 7pm Audition Location: Memorial Hall (upstairs), 317 Dundas Street, Waterdown, ON Lady Caroline Bramble (Lead) Female, 2535 (British accent preferred) A modern woman of the 1920's, Lady Caroline is a young socialite haunted by loss and the exhaustion of the London social scene. She is of the manor born and a heralded beauty, used to being pampered. A holiday in Italy changes Caroline’s resistance to real relationships and allows her another chance at love. Enchanted April Synopsis: (The year: 1922) Based on the best-selling classic novel by Elizabeth von Arnim, two London housewives on a post-World War I journey pool their savings to rent a villa in Italy for a ladies-only holiday away. They reluctantly recruit a pair of independent upper-class women to share the weight of cost. Together under the Mediterranean sun, the four women clashand then begin to bond and bloom.
