For my coursework in the class "Countertextual Ecologies: Political Ecology," I'm conducting a research project on children's capacities for agency and resilience in the wake of climate change. I'm very interested in how the model of an eco village or intentional community can help to foster capacities for resilience (emotional and/or skill-based) in children and I would love to learn more about Village Surrey and the organization's philosophies around this topic. I would ideally love to visit the organization and schedule an interview if possible.
