Can lash extensions damage my natural lash? Extensions should be adhered to your natural lashes and not your skin. So, when applied correctly they will then fall out according to your natural cycle. If you do notice a few coming out, there’s no need to panic. It’s completely normal you actually lose a few natural lashes every day, although you’re less likely to notice these.... As with all beauty treatments, if they are applied by badly trained therapists, things can of course go wrong.
