Just finished catering an incredible meal to 180 guests at The Armenian Hall Centre on Saturday night. Farfalla al pomodoro, tossed mixed greens in an homemade ...Italian dressing, Roasted beef au juis, peas and mushrooms, Roasted chicken with an oragono dry rub, Roasted potatoes,and Seafood Platter featuring Deed fried calamari with seasoned flour, Herb crusted Talapia and Portugese slyle shrimp,People there had a blast and my staff was wonderful...couldn't ask for a better night. The event was held in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Relief Fund in Canada. See more

2014 ended with one of the coolest weddings I've ever catered. As usual, the food was deeeelish! but it was the first wedding I've catered at the Bay City Music Hall. The panoramic view of the bay is spectacular, elegance and refinement mixed with a fun, 100% Rock & Roll dance party. Big thanks to Yaro the DJ, Suzanne,Vincent, Sammy and Ben. Sonnie and my darling wife Kathryn for all their hard work. And of course, Joey & Michielle for being so cool and beaming with joy and love on their special day.....Cheers!

Yesterday I catered multiple events including an outdoor wedding by the lake in Beamsville that was quite spectacular. Although my kids have worked for me many ...times in the past, yesterday marked the first time that they were responsible for the outcome of one of the events without my presence or supervision and it is with great pride that I say....They nailed it!
