Not all buyers are aware, but during the typical process of water-chilling, turkeys are immersed in vats of cold water, which causes the meat to absorb it diluting its natural flavouring.... Air-chilling takes longer, but is worth the wait. Without the excess moisture, these turkeys cook more quickly and ensure the crispy skin we love. Update to Vince’s Market Return and Exchange Policy: As of Saturday November 21, 2020, we will begin accepting in-store returns and exchanges again with the proper precautions in place. ... Returns and Exchange transactions can be done at any of our front-end tills. Please ensure you have a copy of your original receipt. Our front-end team will receive the product using a disinfectant wipe and will place the returned product in a new plastic bag. At the conclusion of the return, front-end team members will sanitize the cash lane belt and bagging surfaces, change gloves or sanitize hands. For those customers who wish to continue to minimize trips to our stores, we will continue to process refunds via email.
