COVID-19 Update: March 19/20 To our valued customers and friends; We at vintage winery are taking the COVID-19 virus very seriously.... We are open for business as usual but are monitoring the situation closely and will be following all recommendations made by health and government officials to do our part in preventing any further spread of the virus. That being said, we have stepped up our already high standards of sanitation by: - Using Lysol wipes to disinfect every surface after each use including our POS machine, door handles, corker, bottler, counters, carts etc. - Bottling times are also being staggered to limit the number of people in the store at any given time. - Please do not show up early for your bottling appointment to allow us the time necessary to clean and sanitize all surfaces and equipment before your scheduled arrival. When should you craft wine for your wedding day? Your wine will be quite enjoyable on the day it’s bottled, however we recommend you leave whites about one to two months and reds two to three months before serving them at your wedding. Let us know the date of your wedding and we’ll make sure you have a winemaking appointment far enough in advance to make the best-tasting wine for the big day!
