Weekly Update 1) Delayed Items are starting to arrive! Yay, it has been a crazy year for getting products in. I hope to have all ornaments caught up by the end of the week. 2) As you know it is our busiest time of year. I not only take orders here but on Etsy as well. I have 8 kids at home, 6 homeschooling and one is 6 months old, And I have a weekly volunteer job. With that being said orders are at least 2 weeks right now. Sometimes they get done faster but I don’t want ...to give anyone false hope for quick turnaround. 3) Pick ups are Monday-Saturday only 10am- 7pm. If you make arrangements days before, please remind me the day before you are coming, crazy life and sometimes I may not have it out in time. 4) I am only human, mistakes happen, delays happen. I try my very best with everything and will not tolerate rude messages.

SHIPPING DELAYS! CHRISTMAS CUTOFFS AND UPDATES Shipping has been taking forever. Every shipping company is experiencing delays due to covid and the time of year. With that being said there are a couple things I want to address. 1) suppliers that I normally receive my orders next day from are taking a week. ... So please keep that in mind when ordering that there could be delays. 2) clothing is taking 2+ weeks to get to me so November 20th will be last chance to order clothing in time for Christmas. 3) if you are waiting on a delivery from me, please give it at least 2 weeks from when I have shipped. It has taken my hours a day answering messages for items shipped last week. I need this time to get all your orders done 4) update on ornaments, and pjs. I am still waiting on these from another group buy, they are stuck in customs, I have been assured I will get them this month. Believe me, I am really upset about this delays, as most of you know I pride myself in quick turnaround. 5) right now I don’t have an exact on Christmas cut off but please keep in mind it can be as early as the first week in December. I am swamped with orders and still need to spend time with my 8 kids and hubby Late orders if accepted once cut off is posted will have a $20 rush fee. Sorry about the ramble but this is much easier than answering a million messages
