Sleeping in your contacts is NEVER a good idea. For starters, it drastically increases your risk of an eye infection. While you sleep, your contacts keep your e...yes from getting the oxygen, and hydration they need to fight any kind of bacterial invasion. Contact lens cases are small, always carry one with you, along with a travel sized bottle of c/l solution. If that isn't convenient for you, maybe you need to try daily contact lenses, you toss them out at the end of every day. See more

Hello VCP Followers Thank you for your patience over the past couple months. We are happy to report, that our office is open again for all exams. Our staff is working hard to maintain a safe, sanitized environment for not only our patients, but ourselves as well. There are a few changes that we have made:... - we are still implementing a CLOSED DOOR POLICY, so you WILL need to schedule an appointment for any visit you make to our office (whether it be for an exam, adjustment, pickup of glasses, C/L, or any type of drops or vitamins) - we are asking EVERYONE who visits the clinic to wear a mask - we are limiting the number of people allowed in the clinic to just yourself (unless it's a caregiver, or parent/child situation), so your entourage won't be allowed in - if you are sick, or have been around anyone that is currently diagnosed with COVID-19, you WILL need to reschedule We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable, so if you are experiencing any ocular issues, and don't want to come in to the clinic, you can always speak to one of our Optometrists over the phone.
