One week today our Tuesday evening yoga classes start. 5 week cycle. I will email message you by the end of week with waiver/information if you have signed up. We have a couple more spots if you would like to join. With the ever changing time we are in with regards to the virus things can always suddenly change course, but hopefully not. We will have a socially distanced class and a smaller class than usual. I understand if you are not ready to join at this time. I am really looking forward to our time on the mats together. email [email protected] if you would like the last couple of spots. Tuesdays- starting Sept. 29th at Church of St.Judes. (upstairs) 7-8 pm. Ending Oct. 27th. $62.50 for session. If for some reason we have a stage 3 lockdown classes will pick up when safe to do so. Wishing you a happy first day of fall!!!

Tuesday evening yoga classes return at Church of St.Jude's. Check out the details. Pre-registration required! Limited spots to keep distanced. These will be slow and gentle classes with a focus on relaxation! I hope you will consider joining and getting back on our mats together. I have the nice big upstairs room booked- tall ceilings, updated cleaning schedule, soft lighting and a cozy fireplace to take off the fall chill. Yoga in person class announcement soon! I have struggled with figuring this out, but as we move forward I have come to the conclusion that many have been living in fear and ongoing tension for months. So much uncertainty is a shock to the body [ and mind ] so I would like to offer an in person class this fall. The long term health ramifications of this pandemic, risk assessment and slowly moving forward I hope you will consider returning. We are better together. Just wanted to pop on and say Hi! I hope you are doing well. Wow five months since Covid hit. 2020 has brought so much change for everyone. I am missing you! I miss teaching and my clients. I went from a fairly busy practise to virtually nothing. I am thinking about business lately as I am normally starting to book for fall. So much uncertainty with the fitness business and for many individuals. I just wanted to say that I am so grateful if we crossed paths. I am hoping in t...he future I can recover somehow on my business and if you have any requests let me know. I don’t give up too easy. Most days I am hanging out at my homes, in the water and family time. Still rehabbing my shoulder somewhat and building up mental strength on a tough year. Remembering my words from pre-Covid power, strength and resilience....I hope you can develop your inner resiliency too. This too shall pass and I hope you can find joy in your days! See more

Join a zoom call this Friday May 8th for mothers on climate action! I will leading a special meditation near the end during the call For Our Kids. This call is open to anyone that has a special interest in making a difference when it comes to the environment! You don't have to be a mom, just a caring individual that would like to find out more on how we can all help our planet. I look forward to the event and hope you can join us! Free all levels Karma yoga classes will continue for the next while! Join me on Zoom at 9:30am EST for a gentle flow yoga to get your day started! Tues/Thursday starting April.7th- 9:30 am (EST) for 30 minutes. Please have a yoga strap/block handy for the classes. If you don't have a strap you can use a belt/tie/towel and if you don't have a block you can use pillow/books etc. I have changed the process slightly with a registration process so you can get the code. This is ...just an added security measure. All folks are welcome and this is a great time to try a class! Thank u for coming along the last two weeks to the new era, new online classes. I am glad to have helped in my own way sharing yoga and fitness to those at home. Everyday people, showing up to move their bodies, share in their breath and take action towards keeping strong and fulfilled. It is important to have a warrior mindset and show resilience. Taking action towards optimal health through good nutrition, exercise and fresh air will serve you well during this pandemic tim...e. I urge you to find a movement class that resonates with you, so much good content in the exercise world at the moment. Friday the 3rd will be last yoga class for this round, I am going to continue to support you for April with free classes on Tues/Thur with a yoga practise @ 9:30am. I will post this weekend new information regarding any zoom codes. During these times I ask you to question the feeling of powerlessness? We might feel like a caged animal, trapped and ready to spring. When we feel powerlessness we have a choice to take action. what do I do right now to feel competent to handle this situation? There are opportunities to grow. Can we savour some things? Can we find some courage, balance,love of self and compassion for others? Food for thought.........and wishing you a safe & balanced day.
