Thank you to our incredible team for showing such resilience in these challenging times. And to our amazing guests, your messages over these last few days have brought us so much strength. Thank you for being you. Starting Sunday, November 29 our guest services team will begin contacting those whose appointments were affected by our ...closure. We ask that you please be patient as we work through our list starting from the first date of closure. Due to newly announced Halifax Public Health COVID-19 protocols, we will pause our offerings of any services in which a client needs to remove their mask, for at least the next 2 weeks. These services would include facial skin treatments, dermaplaning, makeup applications, and facial waxing that requires you to remove your masks. As you know, our annual gift card sale was set to take place this week for our Black Friday sale; because we were closed for this time-frame, we have decided to provide a Holiday Customer Appreciation Sale from December 9 until December 13. We will add a complimentary 15% to your gift card purchase, as well as other added stocking stuffer & retail product sales. *update: after receiving more information from public health, we will remain closed on Sunday & Monday while our team has precautionary testing completed. To Our Community, We have been notified by Public Health that there has been a possible COVID-19 exposure at Vitality on Wednesday, November 18th between 11am-2pm and ...on Thursday, November 19th between 9am-12:30pm & 5pm-9pm. We are currently working closely with Public Health to ensure the health and safety needs of our team and guests who were with us during the above times are being taken care of at the highest regard. The contact information requested by Public Health has been provided to the NS Health Authority for the purposes of contact tracing. We have temporarily closed our doors for a deep cleaning and disinfecting. We feel confident, following NS health authority's direction, that we will be able to safely reopen our doors tomorrow, Sunday, November 22. We'd like to remind our community of our current thorough COVID-19 safety protocols. Pre-screening questions, hand sanitization and temperature checks are taken when every guest and team member arrives. Face masks are mandatory for every individual. Every station is fully sanitized immediately after each guest's appointment. The health and safety of every individual who walks through our doors is and will always be our top priority.
