I laid out the separate pieces for this pendant numerous times over the past few years. NUMEROUS times! Fortunately I took photos each time I rearranged the pieces. This weekend I sat down at the bench with the various components, photos and sketches and began the construction process. So very happy that it came together the way I had envisioned! This ring was a commission piece. A customer of mine has a friend who purchased one of my cuffs from a gallery last year. Artisans on Main Souris This summer she wanted to gift her friend with a ring to match the cuff. The ring was a real joy to make and a new experience for me. I've never been asked to making a matching piece before! I really enjoyed chatting with both customers and getting to know a little bit about them. Great people!... It's not too often that I get a chance to meet or chat with my customers as most of my items sell online or in galleries. It makes my day when I do get the opportunity.
