Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak we are following the social distancing guidelines to stop the spread of Coronavirus. We are offering our patients the option to book telehealth appointments with their doctor. These visits can be for a follow up, or to review results, or medication refills. This would not involve any physical exam. If an exam is required, our physician may request that you come in to the office. We are also recommending patients who currently have an ap...pointment booked who are 65 years old or older, or have a compromised immune system to contact our office to either reschedule for a later date or book as a telehealth appointment, if applicable. Attention patient: As we continue to monitor the situation with the coronavirus (Covid-19) we would like to share the measure we are taking in our clinics to try and prevent the spread in our offices. We are taking all measures we can to protect our patients, doctors and team against coronavirus. We are doing more frequent and intensive sanitization. We ask for your help in our measures to protect everyone. ... We are asking that any patients who have traveled or been in contact with someone who has traveled internationally (or domestically) in the last 14 days who are experiencing any of the below symptoms we ask that you do not come to our clinic. Symptoms include cough, fever, sore throat, runny nose, weakness and headache, please contact Manitoba public health at 1-888-315-9257. Our facility is not equipped to safely conduct assessments or provide any type of testing for the coronavirus. We are screening patients over the phone the best we can to try and prevent anyone for coming into the office. We ask that you are honest with staff of any recent travels as not giving correct information can put others at risk. If you do have an upcoming appointment with our office and fall into one of the above categories, we ask that you contact our office to either cancel or reschedule your appointment.
