This is in part crash diets don’t work. The change you make must be permanent, or results won’t be. Crash diets have an end date. Then you’ll eventually go back to living exactly the way you did before, and your body will go back to exactly the way it was before. Much of my client work begins with a mental shift, THEN a physical one. These are the clients that will be able to retain their results.
