Near ideal Studio Gamay harvest 2020 is a wrap! Beautiful, super clean fruit picked in the morning sun from the prized 30+ year old Huebel Trillium Vineyard. Danke @aaronoppenlaender ! Already pre-fermentation cold-soaking under talented @ramseykhairallah winemaker at @ridgepointwines. Destined for the neutral French barrel-aged Chère Ella Gamay. Small lot 2019 Ella VQA Four Mile Creek now available through @palatinehillsestatewinery. So darn #crushable #gogamaygo . . #glouglou #gamay #studioGamay #grapeharvest2020 #ChèreElla #LapetiteNiña

Boy am I excited. Didn't expect to be in finally securing the exact glass and closures for the inaugural bottling of two #crushable small lot batches. 2019 will be the inaugural vintage for our new virtual winery project. Got to settle down, still lots of steps to go before bottling day and then lots of thanks to express to some very good and patient Niagara folk.
