Aujourd'hui, la Fondation Sur la pointe des pieds lance la 20e édition de son Rase-O-thon sur le web avec nul autre que son porte-parole Marc-André Fortin. Un événement bien différent que par le passé, mais qui, on l'espère, permettra aux participants de ressentir la même effervescence grâce à la magie du web!

Every year in October, the Stanley Park in Vancouver lights up to honour, celebrate and to remember those affected by cancer. Depuis 2018, le mot CRYO fait partie de notre jargon quotidien. Toutes les nouvelles idées que nous avons, les équipements que nous testons, viennent avec une grande question: Est-ce que ça fonctionnerait à moins 30 au milieu d'un lac? Les Courses CRYO c'est un événement développé pour la Fondation Sur la pointe des pieds qui met à l'épreuve les coureurs autant que les organisateurs. Dans des conditions extrêmes, au beau milieu du lac Saint-Jean, on est aux petits oignons pou...r les coureurs qui ont choisi de relever le défi physique et psychologique de cet événement hivernal. Le moment est venu de déterminer qui aura l'étoffe pour affronter le lac Saint-Jean en 2020 au profit des jeunes atteints de cancer. Et comme les coureurs, on bravera le froid, la nuit et le lac pour cette fondation qui nous tient à coeur

6 months ago we feared the cold, the snow, the fog and we weren't the only ones.. with us, dozens of runners who were about to cross the lake Saint-Jean in Quebec, for the benefit of the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation. Crazy right! What's even crazier is that in 6 months from now, we'll start over! : Gwano | CRYO Races

A celebration of Canadian artists with the Stawamus Chief overlooking the stage, that's what the Squamish Constellation Festival had to offer! Three days in the heart of the mountains gathering nearly 20,000 festival-goers with their heart beating to the sound of music.
