Why is this so satisfying to watch?

Here's an article that touches upon much of the information shared at last week's seminar. A few more must-haves that they failed to mention are: creating a step-free entrance into the home itself, and making sure to include an accessible washroom on the main level of the home. These factors are not only important for home-owners with special needs, but also for people that have aging relatives/friends that want to feel welcome when visiting your home.
