While providing a well system inspection for a real estate purchase, we witnessed this water softener literally implode while testing the system. This has been obviously happening since the install a year ago. The Install required a vacuum breaker as well check valves to prevent this from occurring. Unfortunately this client will now pay twice. Make sure you know who you're hiring in this specialized business.
