I'm so thankful for all of the people who reached out to support my campaign over the past two months! Win or lose, I've made so many friends with similar values in Fort Erie and across the Region. Some things I didn't expect to learn on the campaign trail: Swinging a mallet on a windy day, in a mucky ditch, is hard! You have to plan carefully to win all-you-can-eat spaghetti contests!... There must be a record for how many events you can cram into one day! My poodles become very clingy when their routine changes! It's been the most challenging rollercoaster ride I've ever been on, but also the most rewarding. I am so excited for the opportunity to work on making Fort Erie an even better place!
Your vote tomorrow isn't just about the next four years at Regional Council! It's about how the long-term future for you, your kids and your grandkids rolls out. Check out this brilliant article by the St. Catharines Standard for more on the subject!
This election, you have a big decision to make. We need to get beyond political distractions and back to service. With expertise in good governance, regional knowledge, a concrete commitment for transparent communications and a voice for change with a fresh perspective, I am excited for the opportunity to work towards a brighter future for our town!
Attending the 7th Annual Vivere Fashion Show for Wellspring Niagara! Wonderful decor, companionship and meal. Neither the rain nor the blackout could stop the enthusiasm of the models and the audience! Kudos to Nino D'Ambra Hair & Aesthetics for hosting and organizing. Great entertainment by Barracuda Pretty.
