It was a quick turnaround for Lui-Chi’s coffeegoing from slinging espresso from the back of a modified truck to having a physical space downtown. But, as of last Friday, the purveyor of wood-roasted, whiskey barrel-aged espresso has opened its doors to the public. Now, the public is coming to them, rather than the other way around. #yeg #yegfood
