September 2020 is bringing us a whole new level of stress & anxiety. The end of summer can bring it on but I think it is heightened this year. I thought this was a good & shows that people are different & show their anxiety different as well. For Teachers, Students, Parents, Co-Workers & Families (did I get everyone) I hope you can support each other when things go a bit sideways. I find exercise is a great way to help alleviate my anxiety, a walk, bike ride, gardening. What do you do to help calm your nerves? Maybe we can learn something new from each other...and go!
