Moule de Vulcanisation ou Système de Vulcanisation Portable Vulcaflex, lequel est le mieux pour vous ? Dans cette édition de VULCANIZING-TIPS nous allons parler des avantages et des inconvénients de ces deux types de systèmes de vulcanisation, afin que vous puissiez choisir correctement votre prochain système de vulcanisation. Tous les systèmes de Moules Vulcan-Vulcap sont disponibles en option vapeur ou électrique.... Les Moules de Vulcanisation sont des machines lourdes et robustes. Une fois installées, elles sont idéales pour les ateliers de pneus qui réparent en continu la même gamme de pneus. Les Moules de Vulcanisation sont aussi plus rapides à installer pour la vulcanisation puisque tous les composantes tels que les coussins chauffants, les coussins gonflables et le panneau de commande sont intégrés dans le système. Le principal inconvénient du système de Moule de Vulcanisation est qu'il ne répare qu'une gamme particulière de tailles de pneus par modèle, ce qui empêche les demandes de réparation pour une taille de pneu différente de celle habituelle. Section Molds Systems are heavy and sturdy machines, once set in place they are ideal for tire shops that repair the same range of tires continuously. Section Molds are faster to set-up for vulcanization since all the components like heat pads, airbags, and control panel are incorporated in the system. All ...Vulcan-Vulcap Section Mold Systems are available in Steam or Electric power supply. The main disadvantage of the Section Mold System is that they only repair a particular range of tire sizes per model, impeding repair requests for a different than usual tire size that comes along. Vulcan-Vulcap Section Mold Systems are so sturdy that we still get calls for repair parts for systems sold back in the 1960s. Worth every penny when your shop repairs one tire range. Portable, Vulcaflex Curing System is composed of all the elements required to perform vulcanization. A pair of heat pads, an internal airbag and an external HGB airbag with strap harness, and one control panel. Vulcaflex Portable Curing System is easy enough for a one-man operation. This portable system can be set-up anywhere, however, the main advantage of Vulcaflex is that with a variety of heat pads and airbags you can repair a much larger tire size range than you would with the Section Mold Systems, all while using the same control panel.
