The rumors are true. There are changes coming for the Vybz family! Heidi Sullivan will be joining the team December 1st and is looking forward to meeting all of your hair needs! She is a family resident of Houston, and has been doing hair in Smithers. Take a look at her work on Instagram @heids_hair Nina has taken a position elsewhere, and will be leaving Vybz. We're are going to miss her and we want to wish her the best in the future . For the month of November all prebooked appointments will be honored and/or will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.

What to expect on your next visit to vybz Masks upon entering- preferably your own reusable one. If you do not have one, one will be provided for an extra fee of $3 Hands must be washed or sanitized upon entering No beverages will be served, hot or cold. Please bring your own Please limit the amount of items you bring in with you. Any items that you have must remain on/with the person. This limits surface contact.... Please come alone. Exceptions being caretakers or children receiving a service, or others requiring more assistance. Do not bring your child to sit in the salon while you are receiving a service. No talking during your shampoo No blowdrys- this is to limit the displacement of airborne particles, and the amount of time you are in close contact with staff There will be no waiting area. Please remain outside until it is time for your appointment. There will be no magazines to browse. Please bring your own device, or book. When leaving the salon, or waiting to come in, please be respectful and mind the 2m distance of others around you. If you are sick, have experienced any cold or flu like symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who has had symptoms, have been outside the country, we ask that you please cancel and reschedule your appointment. No fee will be charged for these types of cancelations. (Normal cancelation policy still stands for individuals who miss their appointments not based on cold/flu like symptoms) See more

To our valued clients and friends, We miss doing your hair, and we miss you! We are as eager to do hair, as you are to get those roots done. What we're not excited about is the protocols that will have to be followed. Yes, these are for all of our safety, but they also mean extra cost; extra cost means that our prices will possibly need to increase to reflect the extra expense. We are not open, nor are we allowed to open until May 30, at the earliest. We will not be booking appointments until we know we can do so safely.
