The machines are located at all of our gas bar locations for public use, and all profits are donated to CHEO. This week at W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. we completed the construction of our new Bulk Fuel Loading Terminal in Pembroke! It can hold up to 700,000 litres of different types of fuels. Our fuel drivers can now conveniently load their trucks in Pembroke and distribute fuels more efficiently to our customers in the area.

This week at W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. we've been working on a major addition to our Pembroke location. We are in the process of building a bulk fuel loading terminal for our fuel trucks that can hold 700,000 litres of unleaded and diesel fuels - similar to our most recent site addition in Napanee. This addition will help us serve our our customers in Pembroke and surrounding area much faster as there will be less driving to the nearest fuel terminal. An added benefit is that it will help us to reduce our emissions as our fuel trucks will no longer have to travel as far to load fuels! This week at W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. we added another new truck to our fleet: #56-20! Operating out of our Arnprior location, it is a Heavy-Duty Specced Western Star 4800, with a Detroit Diesel DD13 505 horsepower engine. This truck is capable of pumping fuels up to 600L/minute - keeping your tanks full and downtime to a minimum.

Over the last few weeks, W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd. has been keeping busy. We have updated our full-serve gas station located at 4727 Bank Street in Ottawa, featuring updated islands as well as a newly renovated store front. It has officially re-opened, business hours being Monday to Sunday from 6am to 7pm. As we are considered an essential business, we have kept our fleet moving to deliver fuels and lubricants to our customers. We even added a brand-new fuel truck to our fleet! This truck will be used for gasoline as well as light fuel oils like diesel and furnace oil. Our petroleum mechanics have also been busy delivering fuel tanks to new and existing customers. Service Update: This was a tough decision to make. For the safety of our customers and our employees, all of our corporate owned sites (with the exception of our full-serve site in Kemptville) will now only accept pay at the pump. The full serve station located at 4727 Bank Street in Ottawa will be temporarily closed until further notice. We understand that this will impact some of our customers who typically pay with cash, but we encourage you to pay by card to limit physica...l contact with surfaces. We are still cleaning the pumps as often as possible for your safety. Country Style / Tim Hortons locations will still be serving drive-through customers. We will miss seeing our walk-in customers in our stores, but we need to take extraordinary measures to do our part in combating the spread of COVID-19 to protect what is most important: you and our employees. Meet the newest addition to W.O. Stinson & Son Ltd.’s fleet: Truck #176! It is a Western Star 5700 highway truck that we will be using for regular trips to the United States to pick up various high-performance products for our customers including motor oils and packaged racing fuels. COVID-19 has been a growing concern having everyone feeling uneasy, especially as we face more changes to our daily routines and future plans. A couple of weeks ago we had the honour of receiving the TSSA Impact Safety Award.
