New Year’s Message from Blake Dickson, CEO, Wade Antenna/Taco Antenna To our valued Customers, Suppliers and Stakeholders, The year 2020 has been one filled with challenges on many fronts for all of us, from safety issues related to the COVID19 Pandemic to political changes in the UK, EU and at home in North America which will undoubtedly affect the way we do business in many countries going forward. I am pleased to say, together with our partners, Wade Antenna has managed th...e adversity, finding opportunity in the changing environment, and we look to continued growth for our business in 2021. Overall Agenda for 2021: Our management team has been busy developing a five year strategic plan which will plot the course for direction of our resources for the coming months and years, we will have our official kick off in first quarter this year. Wade/Taco will fully embrace the opportunities to grow with strategic partners in the communication marketplace as investments climb in this sector of industry. To ensure this occurs, our management team has developed plans to support product innovation and market growth as well as overcome capacity limitations for both the tower and antenna business. Critical Issues: At Wade Antenna our continued focus on employee safety during the pandemic has necessitated many new protocols and procedures which I am happy to report have been very successful in keeping our staff and their families healthy. We will continue to put safety first for our staff to ensure a healthy work environment which promotes growth and teamwork. Community: I am proud to say that our employees continue to look outward toward our community to support those in need. Wade employees have participated and contributed to the Movember Charity supporting Men’s Mental and Sexual Health as well as to local community food banks, generating enough money to support over 2400 families through the holiday season. I look forward to an exciting new year in 2021 and further developing the partnerships we have in the marketplace to grow our businesses and support our industry together. COVID-19 Status Update from our President/CEO To Our Valued Clients and Suppliers, With concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic growing with each passing day, Wade Antenna/TACO Antenna’s top priority is to protect the health and well being of our employees, clients and community. We are monitoring events as they develop and will continue to follow the guidance of federal and provincial health officials. Wade/TACO service and supply the very unique Telecommunications industry whic...h services both Military and Civilian customers. This sector of business meets the requirements of Essential Services criteria as defined by the Canadian and US Governments. In keeping with this directive, Wade/TACO will continue manufacturing our products to ensure our orders are fulfilled for our customers throughout the time health related measures are imposed by the existing Covid-19 pandemic. To the best of our ability, based upon the requirements of Essential Services, Wade/TACO will strive to remain on schedule with all confirmed deliveries. To meet these expectations our suppliers have also committed to ensure the availability of raw materials as required by our production schedule. In light of current health recommendations to best protect everyone, the following protocols have been put in place until Monday April 6th, at which time we will assess the continued need for these safety measures: To promote social distancing, our office will not accept visitors, although we remain open for business. In-person meetings have been halted, but we are happy to speak by phone or correspond over email. We will maintain staff in the office and on the manufacturing floor to support our business and service our customers. Please be assured that we are working diligently to balance the needs of our clients with the welfare of all concerned. These are challenging and unchartered times, but we will continue to strive to provide exceptional products & services despite the necessary tweaks that have been made to our usual course of business. Wade Antenna is proud to support the Brantford Food Bank. Over the past 4 weeks our employees donated more than 600 lbs of food. Wade is pleased to support our community and give back to those in crisis at this time. We wish everyone a Happy Holiday and the very best for 2020!
