It's back to work! Looking forward to seeing everyone again! Here is a little excerpt shared by another salon. What can CLIENTS do to help salons navigate a new 'normal' you ask? PLEASE READ... Know you were missed terribly and your groomer is grateful for your return....... Know safety measures were created for all involved. Know your groomer cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all.. Know your initial services will take more time. Know that coming in sick IS NOT an option Know that rescheduling all of clients will take time...(this part is super stressful for me) Know that when you arrive things will be different, you may need to wait in your car, or place your dog in a secure enclosure for your groomer to retrieve. Know that your groomer is thrilled to see you but doesn't want or need a hug, your presence is the best hug ever. Know that your health and mine is the biggest concern. Know that your groomer may choose to open at a later date than allowed, being respectful of that decision takes an unimaginable load off his/her brain and heart. Know your groomer has already lost thousands of and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, be patient. Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait, your health is more important.. Know that a 'soft opening ' will be anything but soft. Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety Know that while trying to connect with your groomer there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your groomer is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your groomer - help make it the best appointment ever!!! Together we can make this work safely for all. Thank you for understanding. I appreciate all your patience and look forward to seeing all your dogs again!

Hi Everyone, As many of you know I was optimistically planning on continuing to work by implementing all the necessary precautions. Now, as of March 26 all non-essential services have been mandated to temporarily shut down. I have no firm return to work date at this time. Once we are told we can return to work, all the appointments currently booked moving forward from that date will still be in place. Once we have a safe return date, I will confirm that you are well and c...an attend your pet’s scheduled appointment. Please message, email or call me in the meantime with any questions you may have.
